For some reason inspiration always strikes me at work.
New story ideas, detailing current ideas, a fix in a plot flaw that I wasn't expecting.
Work does that to me, so I wonder where inspiration will strike after next week? See I resigned on Monday, next Friday is my last day.
No more work = no more inspiration???
We shall see.
For me, inspiration strikes when I least expect it. Like today for example. Out of nowhere this guy I new popped back into my life. I found out he recently got married and had a child on the way. I thought back to when he and I first met and BAM! A story took place in my head weaving through everything. It was like everything stopped and I just had to write. An hour later I had a few pages done and it was amazing as a draft. Sometimes those "what if" moments give me the best inspiration.
